Dear Wild Moon Family,
As we close out another year, there’s no better time to reflect on how we can invite more peace, joy, and healing into our lives. December is the perfect month to start fresh, set intentions, and nurture ourselves as we prepare for the year ahead. I’m excited to share my top 3 ways to begin your Wild Moon Healing journey today. These simple practices help you connect with your true self, release what no longer serves you, and step into a space of growth and transformation.
1. Gratitude: The Heart of Healing
Gratitude is a powerful force. It shifts your perspective, opens your heart, and sets the stage for healing. When we practice gratitude, we become more aware of the blessings that already surround us, no matter how small they may seem.
To start, take a few moments each day to reflect on what you're grateful for. It can be as simple as appreciating a warm cup of tea or the support of a loved one. Keep a gratitude journal by your bedside or in your purse or glovebox—whenever you need a reminder of your abundance, write down three things you are thankful for. Over time, you’ll notice how this small act can transform your mindset and invite more positivity into your life.

2. Journaling: Your Path to Self-Discovery
Journaling is one of the most effective ways to connect with your inner wisdom. It allows you to clear your mind, process emotions, and set intentions. The beauty of journaling is that it can be as free-flowing or structured as you like, but the key is consistency. You have all the answers you seek inside of you, and journaling helps you access that information.
If you’re new to journaling, I suggest starting with a few simple prompts:
How am I feeling today?
What is one thing I can do for myself today?
What is my biggest intention for this week/month?
Let your words flow without judgment. The more you write, the deeper your connection to yourself will grow. Journaling can help you release limiting beliefs and open up space for new ideas, dreams, and possibilities.
If you hate journaling, I've created a course that makes it fun and engaging. Journaling doesn't have to be words on a piece of paper. Check out my Book of Mirrors course, which helps you mirror yourself back at you; it's a new twist on journaling.
3. Decluttering: Making Space for What Matters
Our physical space often reflects our inner world. When our surroundings are cluttered, it can lead to a sense of overwhelm and stress. Decluttering is an act of self-care—it’s about clearing out the old to make room for the new, both mentally and physically.
Take time this month to declutter an area of your home that feels overwhelming—whether it's a drawer, closet, or workspace. As you clear out physical clutter, focus on letting go of anything that no longer serves you: old items, outdated beliefs, or negative energy. Try a digital detox as well by decluttering your inbox, apps on your phone, or friends list on social media. The act of decluttering can be incredibly freeing, and it creates space for new opportunities to flow into your life.
My good friend Robin Fortune owns The Declutter Diva, a business dedicated to transforming spaces and simplifying lives. She has the expertise to create functional systems to make everything easier, whether you need decluttering, organizing in-person and virtually, or personal assistant services. She does it all, ensuring you can focus on what matters.
Embrace the Wild Moon Healing Path
Gratitude, journaling, and decluttering are just the beginning. These three practices can help you start your Wild Moon Healing journey today, but remember that healing is a process. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress. It’s about giving yourself permission to grow, evolve, and embrace each moment.
As we step into the last month of the year, I encourage you to reflect on what you’ve learned, release what no longer serves you, and create space for healing and transformation. You are worthy of all the blessings that Wild Moon Healing has to offer.
Wishing you peace, light, and healing.
