An Evolving Manuscript
The work I teach is the work I live.

My earlier books, Wild Moon Healing and Wild Moon Healing Revolution, laid the foundation for my philosophy: that healing happens when we learn to live in rhythm rather than through resistance. That foundation remains true—but the work and the writer have evolved.

Over years of practice, teaching, and lived integration, my approach has deepened into something more precise, embodied, and honest. I no longer write from theory alone, but from sustained practice—with nervous system regulation, reflection, and the realities of long-term survival that many high-functioning women quietly carry.

My current manuscript is a trauma-aware, spiritually curious self-help book for women who are exhausted by self-improvement and ready for a different kind of change.

It’s written for those who have done the therapy, learned the language of healing, and mastered self-improvement strategies, yet still feel subtly burned out, disconnected, or unsure why awareness or wanting hasn’t created lasting change. Insight alone often fails to create lasting change, so I introduce a different orientation—one grounded in nervous system awareness, honest self-reflection, and the practice of compassionate self-witnessing.

Rather than pushing transformation through force or performance, the book reframes healing as a process of clear, compassionate self-recognition. Change becomes less about fixing what’s broken and more about learning to truly see oneself again—and choosing from that clarity.
