How to Work with the Lunar Trinity in Your Life
The moon is always in motion—always cycling through intention, expansion, release, and rest. And so are you.
Understanding the lunar trinity isn’t just about tracking moon phases—it’s about learning to track your own. This is the heart of Wild Moon Healing work... following lunar cycles teaches you to fall in sync with your evolution.
So…✨ What phase are you in right now?
Are you planting something new?
Healing something tender?
Or flowing into your next evolution?
Let’s explore.
🔹 The Lunar Trinity as a Life Mirror
Each phase of the moon corresponds to a deeper phase of being—an inner season you cycle through again and again. You don’t need to wait for the sky to reflect it. You carry this rhythm within you.
Within each phase of the lunar trinity, you may find yourself learning, integrating, transforming, or even surrendering. These are not separate from the create/heal/flow cycle—they are the texture of it.

🌑 Create Phase (New + Waxing Moon Energy)
You're dreaming something new into form.
You feel called to set intentions, cast a vision, or begin again.
There's uncertainty—but also curiosity and hope.
You may feel energized, but unsure of the "how."
You’re in the phase of becoming.
💭 Ask yourself:
What wants to begin through me?
Where am I being asked to commit?
Learning is part of creation. You’re not quite planting the seed yet—but you’re collecting what it needs to grow. You're gathering information, tools, or insight to prepare for what’s next. You're watching, researching, and observing yourself.
However, be cautious not to become stuck in the learning cycle. It's a form of procrastination.
Rest is also part of growth. To support learning, you need balance—yin and yang energy. Rest isn’t passive—it’s what allows the seed to root and rise.
🌕 Heal Phase (Full + Waning Moon Energy)
You’re facing something that needs attention.
Emotions may be high. Patterns are surfacing.
You feel the weight of what’s no longer working.
You’re ready to release—beliefs, grief, shame, or fear.
You’re in the phase of transformation.
💭 Ask yourself:
What needs to be felt fully before it can be released?
What am I ready to let go of?
Transforming is part of the healing cycle. Transformation often feels messy—but it’s the soul’s deepest medicine. You're not just letting go—you’re shifting at a cellular level. As your identity evolves, your choices start to reflect your new reality.
Surrendering is key to healing. It's not the same as giving up—this is where ego steps aside since you can't heal in your head, and trust expands.
🌘 Flow Phase (Dark Moon + Integration)
You’ve passed through effort and release.
You feel softer, clearer, maybe even slower.
You’re embodying a deeper truth—not striving, just being.
You’re connected to your intuition, rhythm, and rest.
You’re in the phase of embodiment.
💭 Ask yourself:
What feels naturally aligned right now?
Where is life moving through me with ease?
Integration is flow. This is the space where alignment replaces effort. You're piecing things together with grace. There is no more trying—you allow and trust flow into your body, choices, and energy.
Remembering is all about spiritual flow. A soul phase where you reconnect with something ancient inside you. Through this remembrance, the bonds of trust strengthen your centers of intelligence, allowing your energy to flow more freely through your energetic bodies.
Receiving becomes natural when you’re in flow. Your energy is open, so blessings can land without being chased. You welcome them with gratitude—and trust they’ll arrive in divine timing.
Your journey may not move in a straight line, but it’s always moving in rhythm. The key is not to force clarity, but to ask:
What’s alive in me right now? What phase is asking to be honored?
✨ How to Integrate the Lunar Trinity in Your Moon Work
Moon rituals aren't just about lighting a candle and journaling. They're about building a relationship with your own rhythm.
Here’s how to bring the trinity into your practice:
🔁 Track the cycle AND yourself.
Keep a moon journal, but also keep a “soul weather” journal.
What’s your energy like?
What themes are repeating?
✨ Enroll in my Book of Mirror course for a new perspective on journaling. It changes the practice in a way that supports your life, time, and energy. This allows you to easily reflect on your energy for growth, healing, and flow.
🔍 Use the trinity as a reflection tool.
Before each moon phase, ask:
Am I in creation, healing, or flow?
Even if the moon is full—you may be in a new moon season internally.
Honor your timing.
✨ Enroll in my Whispers in the Mirror course to learn from your own reflection.
🔮 Ritualize the movement.
For Create: light a new candle. Declare your devotion.
For Heal: write a release letter, burn or bury it.
For Flow: meditate, dance, walk in nature—be still and present.
🌕 Final Reflection
You don’t need to match the moon exactly, and most of the time you won't.
Not sure what phase you're in?
You feel restless but inspired → Create
You need to learn or rest before you continue → Create
You feel tender, triggered, or emotionally full → Heal
You feel scattered, messy, or need to release something → Heal
You feel spacious, grounded, or deeply trusting → Flow
You trust yourself, your becoming, and receive easily → Flow
By learning to name what phase you’re in, you begin to sync your soul with something ancient and wise.
You are not lost.
You are simply cycling.
So…What phase are you in right now?
And how can you honor that with softness, ritual, and truth?
