Distance Healing Sessions are designed to help you release stuck energy, process emotions, and realign your mind, body, and spirit through Holy Fire Reiki, intuitive energy balancing, and guided breathwork journeys — all facilitated remotely with the same care and presence as an in-person session. ________________________________________ What’s Included ✨ Distance Reiki — Clear blockages, calm your mind, and restore balance with Holy Fire Reiki, intuitive energy balancing, and gentle sound healing — all from the comfort of your home. ✨ Distance Breathwork — A fully guided breathwork journey to help you release stuck energy, process emotions, and reconnect to your true self. Each session includes intention setting, body scan, active breathwork, and grounding integration. ________________________________________ How It Works Find a quiet, private space where you can lie down comfortably. Have a blanket, pillow, and eye mask if you’d like. Keep water and a journal nearby for after your session. Reiki may be received without video, or we can connect over Zoom if you prefer.
