I created The Energetic Path for the woman I once was—
The one who felt lost, weighed down by emotions she couldn’t name, unsure of where to begin.

Disconnected. Exhausted. Numb.
Yearning for peace, but afraid it might never come.

I’ve walked that path—the one filled with shadows, doubt, and deep longing.
And step by step, I found my way home to myself.
Not all at once. Not perfectly.
But through energy work, self-compassion, and spiritual healing, I was able to honor my pace.
