Breathwork Session

Service Description

Experience the power of conscious, connected breathwork in a safe, supportive environment with me or remotely. Breathwork helps you release stuck energy, process emotions, and reconnect to your true self — all through the natural rhythm of your breath. Each session includes: • Gentle intention setting to clarify what you wish to release or receive • A guided body scan to ground you in your body • A full active breathwork journey to move stagnant energy and emotions • Gentle integration and grounding so you leave feeling clear and supported Session Options: • Initial Breathwork Session (90 min) — $185 • Standard Breathwork Session (60 min) — $150 • Standard Distance Session (60 min) — $150 Note: The Initial Breathwork Session is 90 minutes and is highly recommended for new clients. This extra time allows us to explore your goals, intentions, and address any questions you may have before you begin your active breathwork practice. If you’re new and choose a 60-minute session, please note that some of that time will be used to clarify your goals, so your active breathing time will be shorter. You’re also welcome to book the extended 90-minute session at any time you’d like more space and support. What to Bring: A journal and water bottle are recommended. Come in comfortable clothing and an open heart. What You’ll Need for Distance Session: A quiet, private space where you can lie down comfortably. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask can help you feel safe and held. Bring water and a journal for after. Note: Breathwork is a supportive, complementary practice.
