ABOUT A SESSION There is an element of coaching and energetic healing in any type of session I do. You have all the answers you need and I guide you to find them and the courage to do what you need to create your best life. Using certain modalities and tools, I help you move your own energy breaking through energetic blocks that are preventing you from living a life you enjoy. You create an intention for the session. What do you want to work on or heal? You are in control of what happens in the session. I guide you to find your answers using meditation, energy healing, Reiki techniques, and use of sound healing tools. I also coach you to use lunar energy and follow its cycles to allow for continual growth all month long. ABOUT ME I have a master’s degree and many years’ experience working with people in the context of a human resource manager. I’ve transitioned into a new way of helping people. I am a Certified Duke Health and Wellbeing Coach, meditation teacher, sound healer, energy healer, and intuitive guide. I'm also a national best-selling, award winning author of the book, Wild Moon Healing, which helps you find your answers on your own time. As you read it you will notice that the book reads you and that there is much to learn and heal. ABOUT WHAT I DO I teach harnessing the energy of lunar cycles to awaken your inner truth. This allows you to learn, heal, and transform, thus creating a life you love by working on yourself all month long, every month. Whether or not you choose to engage with lunar energy, I am ready to help you achieve your goals and step into your authenticity. In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional. I may, at times, request you seek a licensed professional.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with a 48-hours advance notice. Please call or text me at 410-562-7736 as soon possible. Please leave a detailed message if I do not answer. There are no refunds for missed appointments. The deposit for home/group/business sound healing is non-refundable.
