ABOUT A GROUP SOUND HEALING SESSION The experience lasts 60 minutes, and I require 30 minutes to set up and tear down. COST - $50 per person ATTENDEES - Minimum eight people ** If less than eight people, the total cost is $400 Pay a non-refundable deposit of $200 at the time of booking. The balance is due within 48 hours of your appointment. Due to system limitations, I will send you a PayPal invoice. If the location is beyond a 30-mile radius, an additional travel fee of $10 per additional 10-mile radius will apply. I intuitively create an immersive environment and lead you through a transformative experience using soothing sounds of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls to create a space that invites each guest to relax in the moment and heal together, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Each sound is played and designed to guide you into a restful, meditative state where rejuvenation and healing can begin. Allow the vibration and texture of the music to envelope you and usher you into a place of harmony where you can release anything that no longer serves you while welcoming all that is aligned with your greatest and highest good. Experience this mind/body practice firsthand to understand and appreciate its benefits. Meditation using breath and sound is an effective technique that allows you to disconnect from the thinking mind and enter a different state of consciousness. WHAT TO BRING You want to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Here are some suggestions to bring with you: a yoga mat, eye mask, pillow, blanket(s), fuzzy socks, water bottle, crystals, journal and pen, and an open heart. Whatever will make you feel comfortable.
